If students at your school are completing their applications through Ravenna, you can upload admissions-related documents through your Repository account.

Benefits of an Account
- Manage your outgoing admission files
With a Ravenna Repository account, you can easily view the students submitting applications to Ravenna schools. As parents/guardians request report cards, transcripts and/or other records for Ravenna schools, you will be able to track submission and receipt of files. - Upload files individually or in bulk
Easily upload individual files for a specific student, or bulk scans and zip files to Ravenna's electronic clearinghouse for bulk processing. - Know when your files have been received
Each school acknowledges receipt of the files you upload. Never worry if an envelope got lost in the mail or slipped behind a desk. - Security and privacy
Ravenna complies with the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). You will receive a signed release form from parents/guardians authorizing the release of student records to Ravenna and specific Ravenna schools. Ravenna is committed to the privacy of student and family data. - Privacy
The security and privacy of your data is of utmost importance. Ravenna would never sell your information or share your private information with anyone other than the schools you have authorized. The schools using the Ravenna system will not be able to identify what other schools you may be applying to (though some schools may ask that question on their application). Ravenna does, however, reserve the right to provide schools with aggregate information about the families applying in their region as such information can help schools better serve their community. Although they are happy to answer your inquiry by phone, they require that all support inquiries come to them first through the email address you used to create your Ravenna account.
